Mixed Depression –
Modified Koukopoulos criteria
• Positive if:
Major depression + 3 of 8 criteria
1. Absence of psychomotor retardation
2. Talkative
3. Psychic agitation/inner tension
4. Distinct description of suffering and or frequent spells
of weeping
5. Flight of ideas
6. Marked irritability or unprovoked rage
7. Mood lability/marked reactivity
